La Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients

  • Sliced bread
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Tomato
  • Salt

How to make it

Chop in small dices the tomatoes (they can be common tomatoes or cherry tomatoes), and dress them with a spoon of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Leave on a side half tomato not chopped to use later.
Bake in the toaster or in the oven a few slices of bread of a special quality, such as Italian or French bread which has a firm and dense crumb.
Spread a clove of garlic on the toasted bread, at your liking. If you do not like garlic you can do a bruschetta without.
Add a bit of extra virgin olive oil on top, it should be of a good quality.
Spread on the bread the remaining part of the tomato previously left without chopping, so the bread takes a nice color and tomato taste.
Finally dress the slices of bread with the chopped tomatoes and add a pinch of salt.
Enjoy the taste and the prodigious nutritional benefits!

You may add other ingredients as of your liking such as
Fresh basilicum, olives, mozzarella in cubes or slices, Parma or Serrano ham, pepper or chili, paprica.
You can use all your fantasy to dress your own bruschetta, as far as you use excellent bread and extra virgin olive oil!
