Francesca is a passionate olive grower from an Italian family in Abruzzo. She is an expert of the European and North African olive oil producing countries and is a premium EVOO importer to the Dutch market.
She consults Retailers and Restaurants on shelf space, food pairing and the health benefits of EVOO. Francesca is professional Olive Oil Taster & Trainer at ONAOO and conducts regular tasting sessions.
In 2018 she graduated as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York. Prior of working in the Food & Health industry she worked for 15 years for the world’s leading sport company in sourcing and development. She graduated in psychology from University G. D’Annunzio.
